We’re a motley crew of prep cooks, fry fiends, line lifers and burger bosses, and we’re tired of truffle oil. The burger business was humming along just fine before the foodies and celebrity chefs swooped in and started slathering everything in figs and goat cheese (not to mention those prices!). Go ahead: Pile your burger as high as you can with cheese, lettuce, bacon, jalapeno (hey, throw some beef brisket on there for all we care!); but don’t pretend that humble patty is something it’s not. We’re Fame Burgers, and we like to think that burgers should be one of life’s simple pleasures; A piping hot pile of greasy goodness, served on a bakery bun and topped with gooey cheese, classic condiments or whatever it is you’re craving, whenever (and wherever) you want. That’s our mission: To take the burger back to its unpretentious, grease-stained roots. 

P.S. – Mike’s nephew is running @fame_concepts. He said “yeet” the other day and put “Bussin” on the menu. We can’t figure out how to change it.
